Look, we know that you know that we know, you will be really happy with your Cricket Originals product but don't fret, all our standard products come with a 14 day cooling off period. This does not include any custom-made items or personalised orders.
If you would like to return an item you must contact Cricket Originals by e-mail. Any returns should be made within seven days from the date of delivery.
Please note that the item is your responsibility until it reaches us. We recommend returning the goods by registered/insured post and you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us which is non-refundable.
Once the item is received by us we will process the refund and send a confirmation e-mail detailing the refund amount.
All returns must be unused and undamaged and be in re-saleable condition so don't go wearing it!. We will only refund the card from which the original payment was made via our pay provider Nochex and will not be accountable for any currency fluctuations between the time of purchase and the refund date.
Unfortunately, we cannot give refunds on any unwanted bespoke items such as custom made, personalised items or team wear. It is up to the customer to ensure that they are satisfied with the product specification before ordering.
If the item you received is faulty, please contact us through our Contact Us Page or email us at [email protected]. Scrabble around for that dispatch note, you know the one with the order number, your name and address, details of the product and give us the reason for your return. We will then have a brew and think about it for a bit and then let you know on how to proceed with the return and arrange for a replacement to be sent once we have received the faulty item back. You have 7 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us.
If the item you receive is not what you originally ordered, please contact us through our Contact Us Page or email us at [email protected] quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return. We will then say we're really sorry and sheepishly advise you on how to proceed with the return and arrange for the correct item to be sent once we have received the incorrect item back. Soz.
